The Shire of Plantagenet is pleased to advise that its Community Grants Program for incorporated clubs and community organisations is now open for the 2024/2025 financial year.
There are three types of financial assistance grants available: Operating, Capital and Endorsed Community Service Organisations (ECSO).
Application forms and supporting policies are available from the Community Grants page on the website.
Submissions should address the funding criteria as outlined in the application form. Any organisation wishing to receive assistance during the 2024/2025 financial year must submit an application.
Not-for-profit organisations that lease a Shire building and provide a community service may become an Endorsed Community Service Organisation and be eligible for an annual subsidy, to be determined by the Council, subject to an abridged annual application process. This grants stream will run concurrently with the main Community Grants Program.
Late applications or applications which do not include a copy of their most recent profit and loss statement and balance sheet (preferably an audited financial report), will not be considered by the Council.
Organisations seeking to build or upgrade infrastructure should contact the Shire separately to discuss their proposals.
