At the Council Meeting held on 27 February 2024 the Council approved new parking time restrictions to the Mead Street pull-in-bay adjacent to the entrance to the Mount Barker Memorial Swimming Pool.
In accordance with Part 2, Clause 2.6 of the Shire of Plantagenet Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2008, parking restrictions will be assigned to the Mead Street pull-in parking bay and signs will be installed to indicate the bay is a drop-off and pick-up parking zone only. A sign will be installed to mark the disabled parking bay also.
The appropriate line marking will be carried out to accompany the installation of the signs and clearly define these areas.
