The BRMC position is responsible for developing and implementing bushfire mitigation strategies and actions across the Shire of Plantagenet, and ensuring treatments are effectively planned, completed and evaluated.
The BRMC reports to our Executive Manager Development & Regulatory Services and works alongside staff from across our organisation as well as a wide range of external stakeholders.
The BRMC position is jointly funded by the Shire of Plantagenet and the Department of Fire and Emergency Services and is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in emergency service management.

Competitive conditions of employment are offered including a cash salary of up to $102,994 per annum (pro-rata) and 11.5% superannuation, with a matching superannuation co-contribution of up to 5%.
