The Mount Barker Public Library is dedicated to providing access to the widest possible range of resources. You are now able to search our collection and the collections of other libraries using Spydus.

e-Resources are additional services we offer to increase the value of your membership. They can be checked out and returned online.

Typically, all you need to access our e-Resources is a valid Mount Barker Public Library membership card and your password.

In some cases, you may need to download an application or set-up an account. When required, step-by-step guides for each resource are available. Printed instructions are also available at the library.

Libby is a fast and attractive digital browsing experience that allows you to synchronise your reading across multiple devices.
	Borrow Box	BorrowBox provides access to WA Public Libraries' fiction and LOTE eBook, eAudiobook and eMagazine collection.
	Kanopy	Kanopy provides WA Public Libraries members access to a collection of films - including award-winning documentaries, training films and theatrical releases.
	Hoopla	Hoopla is a digital media service that allows library members to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics and TV shows to enjoy on their computer or mobile device with no holds or waiting.
	Kanopy Kids	Kanopy Kids provides access TV series, learning languages, animated storybooks, Anime favourites, classic films and family movies to suitable for children.
	Storybox Library	Story Box Library provides a place where children can connect and engage with the wonderful world of Australian Children's Literature. Listen to stories read by Australian storytellers who add meaningful and entertaining readings. Supported by State Library of WA's Better Beginnings program.
	OverDrive Kids	OverDrive eReading Room just for kids provides a safe and easy browsing experience for children. The eReading Room just shows items suitable for children, where they can browse, place holds and borrow eBooks appropriate for their age range and reading level.
	Busy Things	Busythings helps children learn important skills in the key learning areas of creative development, problem solving, reasoning, numeracy, communication, language and literacy.
	Lote4Kids	LOTE4Kids is a digital collection of picture books (ebooks and audiobooks) in a diverse range of World Languages. It allows kids to enjoy the magic of books and other activities in LOTE (Languages Other Than English), both in Library and at home.
