The Shire of Plantagenet is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Customer Service Officer to join our Corporate Services team based at the Administration Office.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide front counter, phone and email customer service
  • Process payments and receipting accurately
  • Assist with Department of Transport transactions
  • Support administrative functions across the organisation

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and experience in a customer service environment.

You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to integrity, professionalism, and community. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing regional area.

Classification:  Full-time Level 3 $66,350 per annum
