Online Form - Request to Receive Rates Notices via Email

If you wish to register to receive your future rates notices via email, please complete this form.

Things to be aware of before applying:

  • You will need your rates assessment number to register. If you do not have it, contact a Rates Officer on 08 9892 1128.
  • Registrations close fourteen (14) days prior to the issue date of any rate notice. If the registration has not been received in time for when the next notice is issued, you will automatically receive your rates notice by post.
  • There can only be ONE email address for each notice.
  • Only original rates notices will be sent by email, not other correspondence such as letters, final notices, instalment reminders and the like.
  • If there is more than one owner of the property and other owner/s apply to receive an electronic notice, the system will by default send the notice to the last registered email address.
  • Registration close fourteen (14) days prior to the issue date of any rate notice. If the registration has not been received in time for when the next notice is issued, you will automatically receive your rates notice by post.
  • If you are not the owner or agent for the property, you are not eligible to register.
