Notice of minor amendment to the 2025/2026 Schedule of Fees and Charges

The following proposed changes to the Shire’s 2025/2026 Schedule of Fees and Charges were adopted by the Council at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 30 September.

• Cattle Weighing & Penning – Per Head from $13.30 to $13.31
• Cattle Penning Only – Per Head from $13.30 to $13.31

These fees were increased by one cent to ensure the correct calculation of fees through the Mount Barker Regional Saleyards system.

All fees pertaining to the saleyards need to be within two decimal places for rounding purposes and to prevent a system error when issuing invoices.

This change will take effect from 3 November 2025.
