Bushfire and Emergency Management

Find the information you need to prepare, stay informed, act safely and recover from an emergency in the Shire of Plantagenet.

If there is an Emergency Now

  • Call Triple Zero 000 for a fire, serious injury or any life-threatening emergency.
  • Check Emergency WA for current warnings, incidents and instructions.
  • Call 13 DFES on 13 33 37 for recorded emergency information.
  • Call the State Emergency Service on 132 500 for emergency assistance during a storm, flood, cyclone, earthquake or tsunami. Call 000 if life is at risk.

Do not wait for a text message, telephone call or a knock on the door before acting. Conditions can change quickly, warning delivery is not guaranteed and you may know about danger before an official warning reaches you.
