The Corporate Business Plan 2026-2030 was adopted by the Council at the Ordinary Council meeting on 23 June.
The Corporate Business Plan translates the Strategic Community Plan 2025-2035’s long-term vision into actionable, short-to-medium-term activities.
It provides a roadmap for the Shire’s operations and resource allocation over the next four-year period.
In addition, the plan reports on the progress of the goals previously set for 2025/2026 via a simple traffic light scoring system, allowing the Council and the community to keep track of major initiatives in the Shire.
