Terms and Conditions
Event Eligibility
- Events must take place within the Shire of Plantagenet.
- Events requiring Shire approval will only be published once approval has been granted, or at the discretion of the Shire of Plantagenet.

Accuracy of Information
- Event organisers are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate and current.
- Any changes to event details must be communicated promptly to [email protected] .
Content Guidelines
- Submitted events must be suitable for a broad community audience and must not contain offensive, harmful, misleading or unlawful content.
- The Shire of Plantagenet does not accept or promote political events, campaigns or activities.
- Events with a religious affiliation may be considered where they are community-focused and non-worship in nature. Regular religious services will not be accepted.
- The Shire of Plantagenet reserves the right to refuse, edit or remove any event listing that does not comply with these guidelines.
Submission Review
- All submissions are subject to review by the Shire of Plantagenet.
- The Shire reserves the right to accept, decline, amend or remove event listings at its discretion.
Additional Promotion Opportunities
- Event organisers may submit a promotional tile for consideration on the Shire’s social media channels by emailing [email protected] .
- To request promotion on the Shire’s Electronic Noticeboard outside the Administration Office on Lowood Road, please email a short event summary to [email protected] .
- Promotion through these channels remains at the discretion of the Shire of Plantagenet.
