CONTINUATION OF OBSTRUCTION TO PREVENT VEHICLE MOVEMENT
SECTION OF MARMION STREET
BETWEEN THOMAS AND MONTEM STREETS, MOUNT BARKER
At the Council Meeting held on 27 February 2024, it was resolved that pursuant to Section 3.50 of the Local Government Act 1995, the obstructions currently in place restricting access to vehicles on the gravel section of Marmion Street between Thomas and Montem Streets, remain in place for a further five (5) years.
The existing gates, bollards and signs will remain at the north and south end of the gravel section of Marmion Street to prevent vehicle access, excepting emergency service vehicles in case of fire.
